Charles C. Just, ESQ.

University of Idaho (B.A.) 1972; University of Idaho (J.D.) 1975; Phi Alpha Delta, Admitted to Idaho State Bar 1976, a member of American Inns of Court, and the Bonneville County Bar Association, Vice-President and General Manager of First American Title Company in Idaho Falls, Idaho from 1975 through 1984. Practiced with the lawfirm Weinpel, Woolf, Just, Combo & Davis from the years 1984 until 1990, when he established Just Law, Inc. Mr. Just is a respected authority on Idaho real estate law. In the thirty eight years he has practiced real estate law he has been an associate member of Idaho Mortgage Bankers Association. He is listed in "Who's Who in Real Estate", and is a contributing author to the Idaho Section of the National Mortgage Servicers' Reference Directory. Mr. Just has an extensive background in real estate development and historic real estate preservation, having served as Chairman of the Idaho Falls Historical Preservation Commission and President of the Downtown Development Corporation. He is past President of the Idaho Land Title Association and has been a member of the USFN, formerly the U.S. Foreclosure Network since 1989. Currently, Mr. Just is a board member of the Idaho Foundation for Parks and Lands. Mr. Just is founder of Just Law, Inc., and actively manages overall production.


Timothy S. Jones, ESQ.

Brigham Young University (B.S.) 2004; Utah Valley University (B.S.) cum laude 2006; University of Cincinnati cum laude (J.D.) 2011. Previously Articles Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, law clerk at Burg Simpson, a national law firm, and extern with Judge Michael R. Barrett of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Ohio. Admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2011. Member of the Idaho State Bar Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section, Real Property Section, Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section, and Family Law Section. Member of the Seventh District tsar Association. Owner of the Law Office of Timothy Jones, where he practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law. Mr. Jones joined Just Law in 2014, and has focused primarily on bankruptcy.

Active in the Shelley Kiwanis Club, including positions as Vice-President and President Elect. He devotes time to the Seventh Judicial District CASA program, promoting and assisting its efforts in providing children with a voice in court.
